4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
• The usual withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours, subject to required verification.
• raya88 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal deemed to require verification.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method or a method verified under the same user's name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

raya88 offers various promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• The raya88 Welcome Bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal is processed.
• For example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or low-risk betting strategies intended solely to meet wagering requirements, may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

7. Permitted User Conduct

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, raya88 reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
